Mesh selection: 150-350 mesh
Hardness of squeegee rubber: 60-85T
Wet film thickness: 10-30m.
Ink fineness: 5-55 m
In order to obtain the best printing effect, we suggest that the construction should be carried out under the controlled conditions of ambient temperature of 23-35℃ and relative humidity of 55-65%.
Efficient curing process
Printed glass products need to go through two key steps: drying and tempering. First, the ink is dried at the temperature of 150-180℃ for 5-10 minutes, so that the ink is preliminarily cured. Then, enter the tempering stage, and at the high temperature of 680-720℃, the ink will permanently melt on the glass surface, forming a hard, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant ceramic coating. This process is especially suitable to be completed in an efficient IR Tunnel for Glass, and its uniform heating characteristics can ensure the consistency of ink color and significantly improve production efficiency.
