We engineer end-to-end plastic injection solutions—from custom mold design to high-volume production—using hardened steel molds (DIN 1.2344/NAK80, HRC 50–54) for ±0.02mm tolerances and 1M+ cycles. Our process optimizes multi-cavity tools (up to 128 cavities) with hot runners, conformal cooling (±1°C), and cavity pressure sensors to process 300+ engineering resins (PC, ABS, PEEK, bio-polymers) with zero defects on 0.3–5mm walls. We guarantee rapid tooling (prototype molds in 15–25 days), VDI 3400/SPI A1 surface finishes, and material compliance (FDA/UL/RoHS). Validation includes Moldflow analysis, CT scans (<0.1% voids), and ISO 20417 mechanical tests—achieving 8s cycles, 99.8% yields, and costs of $0.01–0.50/part at 500k+ volumes for medical, automotive (IATF 16949), and consumer goods.
