Key size parameters
Length adaptation
Short version (53–135mm): Compact design is suitable for narrow-edge glass doors, mirror cabinets or small space drawers, achieving invisible grip.
Long version (300–500mm): Optimized for panoramic sliding doors, heavy glass doors can be pushed evenly with one hand
Tube diameter and thickness
Standard tube diameter: 22-25mm (lightweight for home use), 38mm (commercial standard), ergonomic thumb radius.
Center hole distance (CC)
145mm (for ultra-thin doors), 440mm (universal), 225mm (L-type lever), must strictly match the door thickness:
Example: ≤12mm glass door must choose 145mm hole distance + explosion-proof gasket to prevent stress cracking at the edge of the drilling hole.
Material and surface technology
Corrosion-resistant core
304 stainless steel: 18% chromium + 8% nickel combination, to resist daily water vapor corrosion (applicable to dry areas in bathrooms).
316 stainless steel: 2-3% molybdenum is added to resist seawater/high mineralization water corrosion (preferred for beach villas and hot spring hotels).
Surface treatment process
Polished: mirror effect, strong sense of luxury
Satin Finish: diffuse reflection of soft light hides scratches, oil stains only float on the surface, and can be wiped clean with a wet cloth (maintenance costs are reduced by 70%).
Cleaning method for olished mirror polished surface
Core challenge: The mirror surface is extremely sensitive to fingerprints and water stains. The defects are conspicuous under strong light and require frequent and meticulous maintenance.
Daily cleaning:
Tools: microfiber cloth (such as 3M magic cloth) + distilled water/glass cleaner
Operation:
Spray a small amount of detergent on the cloth surface (do not spray directly on the handle to prevent liquid from seeping into the gap)
Wipe along the metal texture in one direction (avoid circling and leaving spiral patterns)
Immediately wipe dry with a dry microfiber cloth to eliminate water marks
Taboo: Do not use cleaning paste containing particles (such as decontamination powder) to avoid scratching the mirror surface; do not use acidic solvents
Deep decontamination (scale/oil stains):
Formula: white vinegar: distilled water = 1:3 or special stainless steel mirror maintenance agent (such as 3M stainless steel cleaner)
Operation:
Soak the cotton pad in the solution and apply it to the stain for 2 minutes to soften
Wipe with light pressure and wipe thoroughly to avoid corrosive residue
Gloss repair:
Use automotive-grade liquid wax (such as Turtle Hard Shell Wax) to polish thinly every month to fill microscopic scratches and restore reflectivity
Typical scenario: The gold-plated handles in the hotel lobby need to be maintained three times a day, and the mirror polishing needs to be doubled in a humid environment (such as the bathroom)
Satin Finish satin matte surface cleaning method
Core advantages: Diffuse reflective texture hides fine scratches, oleophobic structure reduces stain adhesion, and maintenance costs are reduced by 70%
Basic cleaning:
Tools: clean water + microfiber cloth/sponge
Operation: Use a wet cloth to wipe along the brushed texture in one direction. For stubborn stains, dip in a small amount of neutral soap solution (such as Dettol) and avoid using steel wool
Anti-fingerprint coating (AFP) maintenance:
Spray nano anti-fingerprint oil (such as ENIENT® EGL0202) every quarter to enhance hydrophobicity and oleophobicity
After operation, let it stand for 12 hours to solidify and form a transparent protective film
Disinfection compatibility:
Alcohol cotton pads (75% concentration) can be wiped directly without affecting the performance of the AFP coating
Bleach/strong oxidants are prohibited to prevent the matte layer from fogging
Measured data: 316 stainless steel satin handles in coastal bathrooms, combined with AFP coating, can extend the cleaning interval from 1 day to 7 days.
