We optimize thin-walled geometries (0.25–1.5mm) via scientific molding controls (190–230°C melt temp, 800–1,200 bar pack pressure) and vacuum venting, eliminating flash while ensuring ISO 10993 biocompatibility and <0.5% extractables. Advanced techniques include co-injection molding for dual-layer vibration dampers and overmolding EPDM gaskets onto TPU bodies in single cycles, achieving ±0.01mm tolerances on sealing features.
