We design and manufacture high-performance injection molds specifically engineered for LED lighting components, utilizing corrosion-resistant Stavax ESR steel (HRC 52–56) and specialized aluminum alloys for optimal heat dissipation (±1°C uniformity). Our molds produce complex optical elements—including prismatic light guides, micro-lens arrays (Ra <0.05µm), and seamless PMMA/PC diffusers—with tight tolerances (±0.015mm) to maintain precise photometric distribution (IESNA LM-79 verified). Advanced features include multi-material overmolding for silicone gaskets (IP67/68 rated), hot runner systems (<0.1% regrind), and conformal cooling to ensure ≤25s cycles for large-scale heatsinks and lens assemblies. All tooling undergoes optical simulation (TracePro/LightTools), thermal cycling (IEC 60068-2-14), and 100% lumen maintenance testing (LM-80), guaranteeing UL/cUL, RoHS, and EN 62471 compliance for commercial, automotive, and horticultural LED applications.
