SKYSIL SS-70 SILICA POWDER FOR INDUSTRIAL COATING

SS-70 is a high-performance matte additive designed for industrial coatings. It is made with special surface treatment technology. Its comprehensive

performance and effect can completely match the internationally renowned product NIPSIL E1011, providing a cost-effective domestic alternative for

industrial coatings.

- Ultra-high purity substrate: SiO₂ content ≥99%, ensuring chemical inertness and system stability;

- Fine particle size control: D50 particle size 3.5-4.5μm, giving more uniform surface dispersion and delicate texture;

- Intelligent surface treatment: After special surface modification, optimize the compatibility with various substrates;

- Key performance indicators: Oil absorption 220-300 ml/100g, accurately balancing extinction efficiency and system viscosity; drying loss

≤5.0% (105℃), ignition loss ≤13.0% (1000℃), ensuring process stability; neutral pH value (6.0-8.0), whiteness ≥90, avoiding affecting the color

of the end product.

SS-70 is widely used in engineering machinery coatings, automotive parts coatings, metal anti-corrosion paints and industrial equipment protective paints,
