Toughened, unreinforced PA66 granules exhibit significantly enhanced impact resistance, especially at low temperatures, and improved ductility compared to standard PA66. While maintaining good tensile strength and rigidity inherent to nylon 66, they offer superior elongation at break and resistance to crack propagation. These materials retain the good chemical resistance, wear resistance, and processability of PA66.

Bumper components (absorbers, brackets, clips), wheel covers, engine covers (non-structural), intake manifold components, clips, fasteners, cable ties, protective housings.
