1. Precise positioning and anti-damage packaging

Positioning technology: Identify the direction of the toothbrush head through the optical fiber sensor, and cooperate with the servo motor to accurately adjust the bag entry position, with an offset error of <±0.5mm (avoid bristle folding).

Buffer design: Flexible conveyor belt + pneumatic push rod bag entry to reduce the hard collision between the toothbrush handle and the machine (the breakage rate is reduced from 2% to 0.1%).

Sealing protection: Double-channel heat sealing (horizontal + vertical) ensures the sealing strength and can withstand 50N tensile test (in line with transportation anti-fall requirements).

2. Flexible adaptation to diversified packaging

Size compatibility: By adjusting the guide rail and mold, it supports toothbrushes with a length of 80-300mm (including electric toothbrush heads), and the switching time is <15 minutes.

Bag type expansion: It can produce back-sealed bags, three-side sealed bags, and hanging hole bags (supermarket hook display), and supports QR code area reservation.

Material adaptation: Suitable for composite films such as OPP/CPP, PET/PE, with a thickness range of 0.04-0.2mm and optional light transmittance (such as transparent window to display bristles).
