Technical Principle

The scroll compressor operates with two inter‑meshing scroll components: one fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll, which performs eccentric rotary motion against the fixed counterpart.

In the suction phase, ambient air flows in from the outer inlet opening and fills the crescent‑shaped enclosed space formed between the fixed and moving scrolls.

For compression, the motor drives the orbiting scroll to run eccentrically around the fixed scroll’s central axis. Following successive orbiting cycles, the volume inside each crescent compression pocket keeps shrinking. This steadily squeezes the incoming air, lifting both its pressure and temperature in the process.

Once compression finishes, the pressurized air gets released out through the discharge port.
