Brief introduction: high hardness Nickel Alloy Powder is widely used as anti-corrosion Thermal Spray Powder with lower melt point. The melting temperature is: 950-1050℃. It has excellent self-flux, wettability and spray welding properties. Widely used for corrosion and toughness resistant especially for preprotecting and repairing sliding wear resistance parts, like drawing drum, cam, piston rod, delivering roller etc.

GPNi60-6 powder is produced by gas atomized process with low oxygen content, good particle surface quality and high degree of spherical morphology.
Coating layer has excellent wear resistance at low stress, good adhesive wear performance, good impact toughness, excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance.
Powder with low melting point and wide range of solid-liquid temperature; has a strong wetting ability for a variety of substrates and WC particles that lead powder is easy to operate.

Widely used for pre-protecting and repairing of plunger, valve gate, and screw shaft etc.
And Ni60 series powder is suitable for spray & fuse, PTA Powder, Laser cladding and HVOF process etc.
