In the Solar Powered System，The Silver rail is a universal product used in the world for it’s high quality solar rail tested by most of suitable solar surroundings and its applications in the solar projects varied from Pitched Roof Mounting, Flat Roof Mounting, Ground Mounting andMetal Sheet Roof Mounting, widely accepted by huge amount of solar installers all over the world. Comparing with the classic rail, the silver rail has its longer history and more complicated profiles, which determined wider applications than classic rails. As the raw material for the rail is the same as made of Aluminum Alloyed AL6005-T5, the rail is light but strong with the wind load by 60m/s and snow load by 500mm with span with the max span as 1.6 meter. The structure of the Silver rail is cultivated from series of functional rails either from ground solar mounting or rooftop solar mounting to make sure an excellent support for solar panels, fastened and stable. The rail is easily fabricated to be different lengths varied from 2200mm to 4750mm in order to support suitable different solar panels layout and span. The rail can be regarded as a optimized balance between performance and costs-saving. The Silver rail is specially installed on the commercial, industrial and residential rooftop with its light weight and high strength in the areas of Australia, This guide rail can be combined with Rail-Free Klip-Lock Clamp, Iron Roof Standing Seam Mount, Iron Roof Installation Klip-Lock Clamp. The surface treatment is standardized by anodization AA15 after it’s milling machined process, by which means the rail get a high durability with over 25 years performance in one solar system.
