EVA Secondary Foaming Machine

Usage: Used for high rate foaming of EVA, PE, EPDM, SBR rubber and plastic materials.(Expansion rate:25-45 times). It's a kind of rubber and plastic foaming machine.

Equipment composition: 1 set of main machine, 1 set of hydraulic station and 1 set of electric control box.

Structure form: The oil cylinder is pressed up and down, and the integral hot plate structure is in the form.

Heating Model: Steam heating, cooling water cooling (automatic temperature control system is configured, the customer is responsible for the pipeline access to the automatic control system)

Feature

1. The heating is directly transmitted to the heating plate, and the cooling is also fast.

2. The product has a thin and flat surface.

3. Save mould release agent.

Option

1. PLC fully automatic control operating system;
