Cobalt accelerator TC-accelerator D
TC-D promoter is the most ideal light-colored accelerator for unsaturated polyester resin curing at room temperature. It is a purple clear liquid itself, but the color of the casting body used to match the resin is the natural color of the resin. Usually it is combined with a peroxide initiator such as cyclohexanone peroxide or peroxide It should be matched with methyl ethyl ketone, the general dosage is about 0.2%-2.5% of the resin. At present, TC-D promoter is widely used in the molding of FRP products, especially suitable for casting buttons, artificial agate, Polaroid board, polyester furniture and light-colored handicrafts.

Storage
There will be a certain quantity loss after a period time of storage . The recommended highest storage temperature (Ts max) is as bellow in order to minimize the quantity loss.

Only if under above recommended storage condition, TC-RP-126 promoter could stay in Thousands Chemicals specifications in at least three month after send out the goods.
Packaging and transportation

Safety and operation
Keep the container closed and operate in dry and excellent ventilation pot. Stay far away from the heat source and ignition source,direct sunshine and sub package is forbidden.
Promoter and organic peroxide catalyst cant be mixed directly under any circumstance . If mixed directly , there will be violent explosive reaction, leading to bad effect. So , please first add catalyst in the resin , mix thoroughly, then add promoter , mix thoroughly again , the use.

Unsaturated polyester resin : 100
Hardener (MEKP): 1-2 (according to the temperature and humidity)
Promoter TC-D : 1-4 (according to the temperature and humidity)
