SKYSIL SS-180 SILICON DIOXIDE POWDER FOR INK

SS-180 is a high-precision silica matting agent designed for gravure, lithographic, screen printing and special printing inks. With a narrow
particle size distribution (D50) of 4.0-4.5μm and precise oil absorption value control technology, it can achieve excellent matte effect while
significantly optimizing the rheological properties and printability of inks. This product has become an ideal solution for high-resolution printing
scenarios through innovative surface modification processes.

High-Purity Precipitated Silica: ≥ 99% SiO₂ (dry basis) guarantees minimal impurities and broad compatibility.

Optimized Particle Size: Controlled distribution (Malvern: 4.0 - 4.5 µm) ensures effective performance while maintaining excellent ink flow

and film smoothness.

Superior Oil Absorption: 260 - 320 ml/100g provides excellent rheology control, anti-settling properties, and reinforcement.

Balanced Porosity: 1.8 - 2.0 ml/g porosity enhances functional performance while supporting dispersion stability.

Neutral pH Profile: 6.0 - 7.0 ensures seamless integration into diverse ink systems.

Low Moisture & Volatiles: Loss on Drying ≤ 5.0% (105°C); Ignition Loss ≤ 7.0% (1000°C) ensures batch consistency and stability.
