GPO3 laminate is a new type of electrical insulation material, also known as UPGM203 is a hard insulating material made of alkali-free glass fiber mat impregnated with unsaturated polyester paste and added with corresponding additives by hot pressing. GPO3 electrical insulation material, color: red, white, brown-red, the whole board specifications: 1200x1000x0.8-50mm

GPO3 laminate features:

1. Arc resistance (more than 180 seconds)

2. Good resistance to leakage traces (CTI600 volts)

3. Temperature resistance grade: 155 degrees

4.Flame retardant 94-V0 grade 5 Mechanization, high degree of automation, stable product quality and other characteristics.

GPO-3 laminate applications:

1.Application in circuit breaker

(1) Frame-type circuit breaker: safety baffle, safety shield, spacer liner, inter-phase partition, etc.

(2) Application in molded case circuit breaker: inter-phase spacer, arc extinguishing chamber arc spacer, etc.

Electrical Insulation

All electrically insulating laminated products are inherently high quality insulators. They are used in a wide range of electrical applications in the engineering field, utilizing their optimized special properties in accordance with the grade characteristics.

Flame Retardant Properties

Grades 1580 and UTR are UL-rated V-0. Grade UTR is halogen-free, and the system emits very little smoke and toxic fumes in the event of a fire.

Mechanical Strength

High strength glass fiber reinforced polyester laminates will not shatter. Rigid laminates provide structural support due to their isolation properties. Flexible laminates can be utilized in applications with a minimum bending diameter of 19mm.

Heat Resistant Properties

Durostone® Glastic® laminates provide excellent protective properties and spatial stability during elevated temperatures. These laminates are UL temperature rated in the 120-210°C electrical and 130-210°C mechanical ranges.

Easy Molding

These materials are easily molded using standard metal handling equipment. They can be punched, drilled, machined, sheared, and sanded. grade UTR is well known in machining centers for its ease of forming at high speeds. grade 1580 punches cleanly and quickly.

GPO-3 Laminate Applications

Applications in Circuit Breakers: Framed Circuit Breakers: safety baffles, safety shields, spacer liners, phase separators, etc.

Applications in molded case circuit breakers: phase-to-phase spacers, interrupter chamber spacers, etc.
