GD4030306-6 is Ni based welding bar. This welding bar is sintered forming, it is made with Ni based alloy sinteted with spherical cast tungten carbide of 45-80mesh and 100-325mesh size. So it also called Ni based CTC welding bar.

This welding bar is suitable for Oxyacetylene welding, mainly applied to surface strengthening of oil drilling tools, PDC bits and other parts, popular in oil drilling industry.

The size of this welding bar is 6.0mm*6.0mm*600mm, the deposit carbide fill is 60%.
