1.Introduction

The hydraulic RFA series filter is a high-efficiency filtration device specifically designed for the return oil circuit of hydraulic systems. It removes contaminants such as metal particles generated by component wear and rubber impurities from seals, ensuring the cleanliness of the oil returning to the tank, thereby extending the service life of hydraulic components and reducing system failure rates.

2. Technical Features

*Glass fiber filter element with filtration precision of 1-30μm, filtration ratio β₃,₅,₁₀,₂₀≥200, and filtration efficiency η≥99.5% (compliant with ISO standards).

*The filter body is partially submerged in the oil tank with the filter head exposed. The oil inlet supports both pipe and flange connections, simplifying system piping. It is equipped with a filter element contamination indicator (alarms at 0.35MPa) and a bypass valve (opens at 0.4MPa) to ensure system reliability.

3.Performance Advantages

* High Filtration Efficiency

The glass fiber filter element features high dirt-holding capacity and low initial pressure loss, extending filter element service life.

* Easy Maintenance

Direct oil return design allows filter element replacement or oil refilling by simply opening the filter cover. The filter head is equipped with M18×1.5 oil ports.

* Pressure & Temperature Resistance

Operating pressure of 1.6MPa and temperature range of -20℃ to +100℃, compatible with various hydraulic oils and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids.

4. Application
