Anti-static glass fiber board is a material made of glass fiber and anti-static high mechanical strength resin composite, with excellent anti-static properties, heat resistance and mechanical strength, widely used in electronics, electrical, mold and other fields.

Single-sided anti-static glass fiber board structure: one side is black anti-static layer, the other side is insulating layer.

Characteristics: high temperature resistant, suitable for single side anti-static scene.

Characteristics: The resistance value of the whole board is uniform, and the anti-static performance of any part is consistent.

1.Antistatic performance resistance value: surface resistance value up to 10^6-10^9 Ω. Other indexes: electrostatic decay time <1 second, friction initiation <100 microcoulomb, suitable for electronic components protection.

2.Heat and moisture resistance temperature resistance up to 180 ℃, flame retardant grade 94-V0; low water absorption, dry state / wet state electrical properties are stable.

3.Mechanical properties tensile strength>40Mpa, bending strength>50Mpa; easy processing, cutting, drilling and other mechanical operations.

Thickness: conventional 3-300mm, can be customized for thicker specifications; size: standard size 1030*1230mm; color: black, green or aqua green; environmental protection: asbestos-free, in line with environmental requirements

1. Electronic industry: used for PCB test racks, precision test panels, motor/transformer insulation parts, electrical equipment partitions.

2.Mould manufacturing: used as thermal insulation board for injection molding machine to reduce energy consumption and protect the mold.

3. Decoration and construction: soft package base layer, wall ceiling (using its flame retardant and sound absorption properties).
