Ertacetal® C ELS Conductive POM Sheet
Conductive pom plastic material is engineered to offer excellent dimensional stability, low friction, and high resistance to wear and abrasion, making it a preferred choice for a wide range of technical applications. The key characteristics of conductive POM sheet include its ability to dissipate static electricity effectively, which is essential in environments where electrostatic discharge could cause damage or safety hazards.
Conductive POM sheet has permanent conductivity, with a surface resistance of 10 ³~10 ⁶ Ω, effectively preventing static electricity accumulation and maintaining excellent POM properties such as high rigidity, low friction, wear resistance, and resistance to grease, solvents, and weak acids.

- Conductivity performance
- By optimizing the distribution of fillers, stable conductivity can be achieved, effectively eliminating static electricity accumulation and preventing electromagnetic interference (EMI).
- Surface resistance and volume resistance can be adjusted, suitable for different anti-static level requirements.
- Mechanical performance
- Inheriting the high strength and rigidity of POM, with a bending strength of ≥ 70 MPa and a tensile strength of ≥ 60 MPa.
- Excellent wear resistance, low friction coefficient (0.2~0.3), suitable for high load sliding parts.
- Chemical resistance
- Resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, and organic solvent corrosion, suitable for harsh environments such as chemical and medical industries.
- Dimensional stability
- The coefficient of thermal expansion is low (about 7 × 10 ⁻⁵/℃), and the size change is minimal within the range of -40 ℃ to 120 ℃, making it suitable for precision components.
- Processing performance
- Easy to machine (cutting, drilling, CNC, etc.), supports laser marking and surface treatment (such as electroplating, spraying).
