In the range of -40℃~180℃, the dimensional stability is good (thermal expansion coefficient is as low as 2×10⁻⁶/℃), and it is not easy to deform or crack; at the same time, the molecular structure of epoxy resin is stable, and it has strong resistance to UV and ozone aging (no obvious yellowing after 5~10 years of outdoor use).
3. High mechanical strength and impact resistance
The addition of glass fiber makes the sheet have both "rigidity" and "toughness": the tensile strength can reach 300~500MPa (about 5~10 times that of ordinary plastics), and the bending strength is greater than 400MPa; excellent impact resistance (notch impact strength>5kJ/m²), resistant to vibration and drop impact, suitable for scenes with mechanical stress.
4. Flexible processing, adaptable to diverse needs
The yellow epoxy glassfiber sheet can be processed into any shape through cutting, drilling, grinding, milling and other processes, and the surface is smooth, easy to bond or coat with other materials (such as metal, plastic).
