LINGWO silicone glue is a new type of thermally conductive insulating material synthesized from organic silicon. It does not release heat, is non-corrosive, and has a small shrinkage rate when solidified. Product characteristics

Direction for use

1. Before mixing, component A needs to be stirred evenly in a container such as a manual or automatic stirrer, and component B needs to be used after the container is fully shaken with the lid closed.

2. When it is necessary to attach to the application material, please confirm whether it can be attached before applying it.

3. The weight ratio of A and B is A:B=10:1. If it is necessary to change the operability and other conditions, it should be distinguished from the above ratio and a simple experiment should be conducted on the change of the mixing ratio before application. Generally, the more component B is used, the faster the curing and the shorter the operable time.

4. When manually mixing, if the depth of potting is required to be deeper, bubbles or pinholes may occur on the surface and inside. At this time, the mixed liquid should be placed in a vacuum container and degassed for at least 5 minutes under a negative pressure of 0.06 MPa before use.
