Acrylic sheet(PMMA Sheet), with its comprehensive performance balance, has become the preferred solution for transparent polymer materials, especially suitable for design scenarios that balance aesthetics and functionality. Also known as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) sheet, it is a high-performance thermoplastic. It has high transparency (up to 92% or more), strong weather resistance, and excellent mechanical processing performance, and is known as the "plastic queen". Acrylic sheets are made through polymerization processes and can be divided into two types: Cell Cast and Extruded. They are widely used in fields such as construction, advertising, home furnishings, and industry.

Excellent optical performance
The light transmittance is as high as 92%, comparable to glass, and the light is soft and glare free.
Strong UV stability, not prone to yellowing after long-term outdoor use (some models include UV protective layer).
Mechanical strength and durability
The impact strength is 10 times that of ordinary glass, and there are no sharp fragments when broken, making it highly safe.
The surface hardness can reach Rockwell hardness M80-100, and the wear resistance is better than most plastics.
Weather resistance and chemical stability
Suitable for a wide temperature range (-40 ℃ to 80 ℃), with an outdoor lifespan of over 10 years.
Resistant to weak acids, weak bases, and oils, but easily corroded by strong solvents such as acetone and chloroform.
Processing convenience
Capable of laser cutting, CNC engraving, and hot bending (with a softening point of approximately 160 ℃), compatible with multiple processes.
The surface is easy to polish and can achieve a mirror effect through flame polishing or mechanical polishing.
Environmental Protection and Safety
Compliant with environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH, low smoke and non-toxic during combustion (releasing CO ₂ and H ₂ O).
