Product Description of ESD UPE Sheet

ESD UPE board is an engineering plastic board modified from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) by adding permanent anti-static agents such as carbon fiber, graphene, or conductive carbon black. It combines the excellent mechanical properties of UHMW-PE with stable electrostatic dissipation capability (surface resistance is usually 10 ^ 6~10 ^ 9 Ω), making it suitable for industrial environments that are sensitive to static electricity or require dust prevention.

ESD UPE board, with its three in one characteristics of "anti-static+wear-resistant+lightweight", has become an ideal material for industries such as electronic manufacturing, new energy, food and medicine, improving production efficiency while reducing overall costs.

Advantages

Anti static performance: By uniformly dispersing conductive fillers (non surface coatings), the resistance value is ensured to be stable for a long time, avoiding the failure of traditional anti-static agents due to migration or wear. Compliant with international standards and meeting ESD protection requirements (such as ANSI/ESD S20.20, IEC 61340), suitable for industries such as electronics and semiconductors.

Super abrasion resistance: The wear loss is less than 0.03g (Taber test, CS-10 wheel, 1kg load), and the service life is 3 times that of nylon (PA) and 5 times that of PTFE, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

Cleanroom compatibility: Low precipitation (no silicon, no plasticizers), certified by ISO 14644-1 cleanliness, suitable for clean environments below Class 1000.
