High Quality PTFE Roll Sheet for Industrial Use
PTFE roll sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic sheet made mainly from polytetrafluoroethylene resin through molding, sintering, turning or rolling processes. Its appearance is usually white or light yellow, with a smooth and flat surface and a wide range of thickness. PTFE sheets have excellent chemical stability, high and low temperature resistance, and non adhesiveness, and are widely used in industrial, medical, electronic, and other fields. PTFE roll material, with its comprehensive performance advantages, has become the preferred material for many industries to solve harsh working conditions.
Characteristics of PTFE plastic
Chemical stability
Almost does not react with any chemical substances, resistant to strong acids, strong bases, organic solvents, and corrosive media (such as hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, etc.), suitable for extreme chemical environments.
High and low temperature resistance performance
The working temperature range is extremely wide (-200 ℃ to+260 ℃), and it does not melt or deform at high temperatures, while maintaining flexibility and mechanical strength at low temperatures.
Non viscous surface
The surface energy is extremely low (contact angle>110 °), and almost no substance adheres, making it easy to clean and less prone to residual pollutants.
Excellent electrical insulation
The volume resistivity is as high as 10 ¹⁸Ω· cm, and the dielectric constant is low (2.0~2.1), making it suitable for high-frequency and high-voltage electrical insulation scenarios.
Self-lubricating property
The friction coefficient is extremely low (static 0.04~0.08, dynamic 0.01~0.04), which can reduce wear and extend service life.
Aging resistance and radiation resistance
Strong UV resistance and weather resistance, able to maintain stable performance even after long-term exposure to outdoor environments; Has high tolerance to radiation such as gamma rays and X-rays.
Moderate mechanical strength
Although the hardness is relatively low (Shore D grade about 50-60), it can be reinforced with fillers such as fiberglass and carbon fiber to meet different working conditions.

Advantages
Multi scenario adaptability
Taking into account multiple characteristics such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and insulation, it is suitable for sealing, lining, insulation, and other requirements in harsh environments.
Lightweight design
Compared to metal or ceramic materials, PTFE sheets are lightweight and easy to install and maintain.
High processing flexibility
Complex shapes can be customized through cutting, drilling, thermoforming, and other methods to meet the requirements of irregular components.
Environmental Protection and Safety
Non toxic and odorless, in compliance with food grade (FDA, LFGB) and medical grade standards, suitable for industries such as food processing and pharmaceuticals.
Long term economy
Although the initial cost is high, its long service life and low maintenance requirements significantly reduce the total lifecycle cost.
