PU Rod Main Properties
1. Polyurethane PU Rod has outstanding abrasion resistance, generally in the range of 0.01-0.10 (cm3) /1.61km, which is about 3-5 times the abrasion resistance of rubber.
2. Polyurethane also has oil resistance, because polyurethane is a strong polar polymer compound and has very little affinity with non-polar mineral oil, and it will hardly be eroded in fuel oil and mechanical oil.
3. Polyurethane also has strong resistance to oxygen and ozone.
4. Polyurethane has very good vibration absorption performance, which can be used as a vibration damping and buffering product. In the mold manufacturing industry, it can replace rubber and spring production products. Polyurethane also has good low temperature performance and radiation resistance. Polyurethane has a high resistance to high energy rays.

· POM is also noted for its high mechanical strength, heat resistance and good antifriction properties.
· It is porosity free and is approved for contact with food
· For parts which need to be dimensional stable even exposed to humid or wet environments copolymeric Acetal offers better hot water, thermal and chemical resistance than homopolymeric Acetal.
