Ultra-high base synthetic magnesium sulfonate is an important member of the sulfonate metal detergent family, with both dispersing and cleaning functions.

The compound has been widely used in the field of lubricating materials due to its significant technical advantages: its molecular structure gives it a total base number of up to 400mgKOH/g. It exhibits excellent acid neutralization performance in the oil system, with a high acid value neutralization rate, and forms a long-lasting anti-rust protective layer.

When used in combination with calcium-based detergents, the total amount of the additive package can be reduced through the synergistic effect of metal ions, while achieving a significant leap in the performance level of the oil.

At present, the additive has been successfully used in the formulation system of diesel engine oils of CF-4 and above, and has achieved breakthrough applications in the fields of marine engine oils and aviation special fuels.

It is well compitible with High Temperature Antioxidant, Pour Point Depressant, Antiwear EP Additive, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, Ashless Dispersant, ect., to blend make different kinds of Additive Package such as 4T Motorcycle Oil Additive Package, Package, Hydraulic Oil Additive Package, Gear Oil Additive Package. PCMO Gasoline Engine Oil Additive Package, HDEO Diesel Engine Oil Additive, ect.
