1. Cutting: Use a circular saw, laser cutter, or CNC engraving machine. Ensure proper cooling (avoid overheating due to friction, which can lead to stress cracking).
 
2. Drilling: Use a high-speed drill bit (speed ≥ 3000 rpm). When the hole diameter is larger than the sheet thickness, pre-drill guide holes to prevent edge chipping.
 
3. Bending:
 
Cold Bending: For thicknesses ≤ 6mm, cold bending can be used directly (minimum bending radius ≈ 175 times the sheet thickness).
Hot Bending: For thicknesses > 6mm or complex curved surfaces, heat to 160-180℃ using an oven or hot air gun to soften and set the shape.
 
4. Thermoforming: Create three-dimensional shapes such as arcs and domes using vacuum forming or blow molding processes (commonly used in skylights).
