Conveyor lining plate
In mining operations, conveyors are responsible for transporting large amounts of materials such as ore and coal from the mining site to designated locations. Traditional conveyor liners are usually made of metal materials such as manganese steel, rubber, etc. However, these materials have many drawbacks in practical use.
Although manganese steel lining plate has high hardness, its wear resistance is limited. During long-term friction with hard materials such as ore, it is prone to severe wear, resulting in increased friction between the conveyor belt and the lining plate. This not only increases energy consumption but also shortens the service life of the conveyor belt. Although rubber lining has certain flexibility and shock absorption performance, its wear resistance and impact resistance are poor, and it is prone to tearing, falling off and other problems on high load and high-speed running conveyors.
UPE sheets have significant advantages as conveyor liners. Its extremely low coefficient of friction (usually between 0.05-0.15) significantly reduces the frictional force between the material and the liner during transportation. This not only reduces the energy consumption of the conveyor, but also lowers the wear rate of the conveyor belt, extending its service life. Meanwhile, the high wear resistance of UPE Sheet enables it to maintain good performance during long-term friction, reducing the frequency of lining plate replacement and lowering maintenance costs.
In addition, UPE Sheet has good self-lubricating properties, allowing for smooth material transportation without the need for additional lubricants during conveyor operation. This not only simplifies the maintenance work of the equipment, but also avoids the contamination of materials by lubricants and improves the quality of materials.
Chute and hopper
Chutes and hoppers are important components used in mining conveying systems to guide and store materials. During the flow of materials, the inner walls of the chute and hopper are subject to the impact and friction of the materials, which can easily lead to wear and blockage.
Traditional chutes and hoppers are usually made of materials such as steel plates or cast iron. Although these materials have a certain strength, they are prone to wear and corrosion during long-term use, resulting in uneven inner wall surfaces and affecting the flow performance of materials, even causing material blockage.
The chute and hopper made by UPE Sheet have excellent impact resistance and wear resistance. Its high toughness and high impact resistance can effectively resist the impact force of materials, reducing wear on the inner walls of chutes and hoppers. At the same time, the low friction coefficient of UPE Sheet makes the flow of materials in the chute and hopper smoother and less prone to blockage. In addition, the chemical stability of UPE Sheet enables it to maintain good performance in different chemical environments and will not be corroded by chemicals in the material, thereby ensuring the service life of the chute and hopper.
