6-Row Disc-Type Pneumatic Precision Planter
This planter supports width adjustment from 45 to 75 cm, accurately adapting to the differentiated planting requirements of crops such as corn and soybeans, while balancing agronomic standards and field management convenience. With an adjustable width design of 270-450 cm (for 6-row simultaneous operation), it covers a larger area in a single pass. Combined with the efficient traction of 100-140 hp tractors, it meets the high-intensity operation needs of large-scale farmland.
It completes multiple operations in one pass, including furrowing, side fertilization, stubble breaking, seeding, soil hilling, and compaction. Suitable for no-till, reduced-till, and conventional tillage seeding, it is particularly ideal for medium-to-large grain hill-seeding crops such as corn, soybeans, sorghum, and sugar beets. This reduces soil tillage damage and protects farmland fertility.
Equipped with a disc-type fertilization furrow opener, it adapts to fine-tillage and reduced-till soils, effectively cutting crop stubble and forming fertilizer trenches. The "arch-shaped" spring steel features a profiling function to better ensure consistent fertilization depth. The seeding system employs an imported pneumatic precision metering device. The upgraded metering device is fitted with A/B dual scraper blades that can be independently adjusted to accommodate crop seeds of various sizes. With simultaneous seed and fertilizer application, it achieves excellent seeding performance and high emergence rate, while enabling efficient operation at a speed of 8-10 km/h.
