Application areas

9330 is a moisture curing reaction type hot melt adhesive suitable for automatic edge sealing machine, which can be used for various edge sealing materials; Such asHPL/CPL/poly/PVC/ABS/ PP/PMMA/ solid wood or wood veneer.

Features and usage methods

Quick curing, high initial bonding strength; The glue layer has good elasticity at low temperature and does not become brittle. Good resistance to solvents. The humidity of the surrounding environment and the moisture content of the material determine the length of the cross-linking reaction, which generally takes a few days. After curing, it is an irreversible thermosetting adhesive film. After complete curing, it can be soaked in water.

At 140 ℃, opening time (s): about 8 ± 2

(Cross-linking) reaction time (d): about 4-7

Use temperature: 130-140℃

Bush viscosity (on the day of production) RVDV2T 8#: 75,000 cps (140℃)

Heat resistance (°C) > 150°C

Density: 1.1 g/cm3

Appearance: 9330 is beige, 9330W is pure white

Clean

Use a scraper to remove the adhesive when it is hot. When maintaining the hot melt glue machine, the residual glue liquid in the coating equipment should be drained first.

Then, use the cleaning agent (blue) to heat-melt rinse until the PUR heat-melt adhesive residue is completely removed. The hardened hot melt adhesive needs to be removed with a cleaning agent (liquid).

Packaging:

Packaged in 20KG iron drums with aluminum inner lining bags. Please contact the company customer service to confirm special packaging requirements.

Torage and shelf life:

It is recommended to store it in a cool, dry environment.

The shelf life is 9 months if the original packaging is not damaged. If the packaging has been opened, please use it up as soon as possible.
