The main drive AC motor controller of the electrical transmission control system of our tension leveler uses the Inovance MD880 series inverter speed control device, and the auxiliary drive motor uses the Inovance MD500 series inverter. The control system is equipped with a PROFINET communication processing board, which communicates with the basic automation PLC, completes the setting of system operation parameters, controls the coordinated work of the motors of the entire line, and ensures the stability of constant control and speed constant tension control.
