I. Equipment Function Description
The SCK63 - 1024 - 3A conventional linear electronic cigarette grading cabinet is a piece of Equipment for Lithium-Ion Cell Formation specifically designed for electronic cigarette batteries, combining battery formation with grading, testing, and data analysis. The main function of the equipment is testing the voltage and capacity for each battery. It is able to do this via independent constant current and voltage source technology and providing a seamless CCCV transition in both charging and discharging modes in order to ensure battery performance without equipment current surges damaging batteries. The operation of the equipment is controlled by the STM32 single-chip microcomputer in conjunction with a computer, however, when necessary, it can still be operated manually through it is own independent keyboard operation. Each channel/battery was monitored to real-time with safety mechanisms that will power failure protect and alarm on abnormal shutdown. Four wire testing interfaces, which are modular, can be relied on for measurement to maintain accuracy and allow for reliable and simple maintenance procedures. The software system allows for processes setting up to 32 steps and up to 256 cycles, which will automatically generate all data reports and curves to meet the production side production grading/requirements and data traceability.
