Modern Acid Washing and Annealing Production Line

The annealing furnace can realize continuous annealing of stainless steel strips/coils in a controlled atmosphere. The protective gas can be selected from ammonia decomposition gas or hydrogen to prevent oxidation of the annealed strip surface. The bright annealing furnace adopts PLC automatic control to control the furnace temperature system and transmission system, realizing a high degree of automation of production.

The main structures of the continuous annealing furnace equipment include unwinding area, degreasing area, cleaning area, annealing treatment area, pickling and grinding area, and winding treatment area. Our bright annealing furnace electronic control system can ensure accurate temperature, stable atmosphere, and non-oxidation of strip steel, so that the stainless steel surface remains bright and clean.

Our annealing line motor adopts a Siemens variable frequency motor. The unwinding area has automatic tail swinging and automatic parking functions. The pinch roller plays a traction and power supply role at the entrance of the strip. The unwinding storage table is used to store incoming copper coils and is responsible for measuring the diameter and width of the copper coils.
