High Impact Resistance Durable ABS Plastic Sheets

ABS sheet is a thermoplastic sheet formed by extrusion or injection molding, with balanced rigidity, toughness and processability. Its base resin is copolymerized by acrylonitrile (providing chemical resistance and surface hardness), butadiene (imparting high impact resistance), and styrene (ensuring rigidity, processing fluidity and glossiness). According to application requirements, it can be modified by adding flame retardants, UV inhibitors, reinforcing fibers (such as glass fibers), etc., to form different functional grades (such as high impact resistance, high temperature resistance, flame retardant, food grade, etc.).

It is the polymer with the largest output and the most extensive application. It organically unifies the various properties of PS, SAN, and BS, and has excellent mechanical properties of toughness, hardness, and rigidity. It has excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, dyeability, good molding and machining, high mechanical strength, high rigidity, low water absorption, good corrosion resistance, simple connection, non-toxic and tasteless, and has excellent chemical properties and electrical insulation properties.
