These grades of seamless stainless steel pipes—12X18H9, 12X18H10T, 12X18H12T, 17X18H9, and 08X22H6T—are based on Russian GOST and TU standards. Designed for high resistance to corrosion in chemically aggressive environments, they are widely used in pipelines, reactors, heat exchangers, and instrumentation within the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Manufacturing Process: Hot or cold-deformed seamless pipes
Delivery Condition: Annealed (softened), pickled, solution-treated
Outer Diameter Range: 6 mm to 273 mm
Wall Thickness Range: 0.5 mm to 20 mm
Excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments
High resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially with Ti-stabilized grades
Suitable for elevated temperatures up to 600–800°C (depending on grade)
Good weldability and formability
Long service life in aggressive chemical media

12X18H9: Equivalent to AISI 304, a general-purpose austenitic stainless steel.
12X18H10T: Titanium-stabilized version of 304 for improved intergranular corrosion resistance.
12X18H12T: Higher nickel and Cr content, Ti-stabilized; suitable for more aggressive conditions.
17X18H9: Slightly higher carbon variant; good high-temperature strength.
08X22H6T: High Cr, low Ni, Ti-stabilized; designed for strong resistance to oxidizing acids and chloride media.
