Efficient Metal Processing with Continuous Annealing Lines

Bright annealing furnace is a type of annealing that belongs to the category of non-oxidizing annealing. It can perform heat treatment in an oxygen-free environment to prevent the material's surface from being exposed to oxygen and forming an oxide film. If you want to maintain the surface finish of the material, this process can maintain the gloss of the surface. An annealing furnace can prevent metal surface oxidation and reduce the hardness of stainless steel. The paper collector of the continuous annealing furnace is used to collect the liner paper in the incoming tape roll during unwinding, and the paper break detection, after which the paper collector automatically stops. The unwinder provides the tension required for annealing the strip during the annealing process.

The coil trolley of our annealing line is used to move from the coiler reel to the saddle, and can be used to transport sleeves. The maximum outer diameter of the coil is 1800mm, and the minimum outer diameter of the coil is 610mm. The main drive system uses ABB ACS880 to configure a modular component drive system for a multi-motor AC drive system through the main feed and common DC bus.
