M8 Connector Cable | IP67 Waterproof | Custom Wire Harness

Our M8 connector is widely used as an industrial connector in automation and control systems where stable performance is required. Designed to IEC61076-2-104, it offers reliable IP67 sealing, making it a dependable waterproof connector for harsh environments. With multiple pin configurations and coding options, it can also be adapted for applications similar to aviation connector requirements. We also support M12, M5, and M16 series

Built according to IEC61076-2-104, our M8 connectors offer IP67 protection. Available in A, B, and D coding, with options from 3 to 8 pins. Both shielded and unshielded versions are supported, and customization is available for appearance and plating. Tested to withstand 48-hour salt spray and designed to operate from -40°C to 105°C.

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer). A deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance paid before shipment.

We have extensive experience in international shipping. We can ship samples and small batches via express couriers like DHL/UPS. For large production orders, we arrange sea or air freight based on your needs, with FOB, CIF, or EXW terms available.

For prototype orders, lead time is typically 7-15 days. For mass production, it depends on the order quantity and complexity, generally ranging from 3-5 weeks. We will provide a precise schedule with your quote.

9. How do you ensure quality control?

Quality is integral to our process. We perform a First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process checks, and a final random inspection before shipment. We can provide inspection reports and are compliant with ISO 9001 quality management standards.

10. What if I receive defective parts?

We stand behind our quality. If any parts are found to be defective due to our manufacturing process, please notify us within 12 months of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos). We will promptly arrange to re-manufacture or repair the defective units.
