Satin PET Film: Functions, Applications, and Uses:

Satin PET film is a high-quality single-sided sanded film available in both sheet and roll packaging. Standard thicknesses include 135 μm, 200 μm, and 260 μm, with a standard width of 610 mm. Custom cutting or slitting according to customer specifications is also available. Matte PET can be used as a substrate in the following fields: membrane switches, instrument panel covers, nameplates, home appliance panels, and remote control switches.

Main Advantages of Matte PET Film:

1. Excellent resistance to friction, scratches, and chemical agents; it exhibits long service life and high mechanical flexibility on switch panels.

2. It has embossable properties and can easily accommodate transparent windows. Good thermal stability; when screen printing multiple colors, it can resolve color registration issues.

3. The material's printing surface has undergone special chemical treatment, resulting in excellent ink adhesion.

Performance characteristics of sandblasted PET film:

1. Chemical properties: Resistant to the following chemical solvents: alcohol, weak acids, weak alkalis, silicones, hydrocarbons, acetone, household cleaners, etc.

2. Mechanical properties: Switching life >600,000 cycles, bending life >20,000 cycles (lateral bending).

3. Property characteristics: Haze 50% (±5%), light transmittance 89% (±2%).

4. Physical properties: Mohs hardness approximately 2H–3H.

5. Excellent thermal stability.

6. Not suitable for prolonged exposure to UV light.
