1. Mixing recycled powder :
Recycled powder including the powder that fell to the ground ,the powder recycled from the air hose,the powder which has problems and the powder over warranty.Some factories recycle the recycled powder coating with lower price ,around 1-3 RMB/KG,then they can mix the recycled powder with pure powder coating by different percentage.The price will be big different.
2. Method of identification:
A. By hands : good powder coating is like the silk,fluffy,float;and bad one is more rough,it’s heavier than good one .It’s not easy to spray,and much cost.
B. Spray square meters : Using same powder coating spray same products,comparing the quantity of the coated products.For example ,normally good powder spray 6 square meters ,bad quality can not .The spray square meters reduce 1 m2,that means buyer’s cost more higher ,maybe 3-6 RMB.We suggest our buyers to choose good products to reduce the using cost.
