Beige ABS Polymer Sheet 1mm to 260mm Extruded Plastic Sheet
ABS sheet has a smooth surface (matte or glossy surface can be customized), uniform color (commonly ivory white, black or transparent, custom colors are supported), thickness ranges from 1mm to 260mm, width can reach 1 meter, and length can be customized according to needs. It has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, easy processing and low cost, and is widely used in home appliance housings, electronic equipment, automotive interiors, architectural decoration and medical equipment.

Easy processing and high molding efficiency
ABS sheet has a wide processing temperature range (180-250℃), good fluidity (melt flow rate MFR 5-30g/10min), supports a variety of efficient processing methods, and significantly reduces production costs.
Diversified processing methods
Injection molding: ABS melt has moderate viscosity and is easy to fill the mold cavity. It is suitable for manufacturing complex-shaped parts (such as shells with buckles and grooves). The injection molding cycle is short (usually 30-90 seconds) and the production efficiency is high.
Extrusion molding: It can continuously produce wide sheets (width 1-2 meters) with a thickness tolerance of ±0.1mm. It is suitable for mass production of standardized sheets (such as decorative panels and advertising sign substrates).
Thermoforming: It can be softened by heating to 100-120℃ and can be stamped into three-dimensional shapes such as boxes and trays (such as electronic product packaging linings). The mold cost is low (only 1/3 of the injection mold).
Mechanical processing: It can be processed into special-shaped parts by cutting (circular saw, laser cutting), drilling, milling, etc., and the waste can be 100% recycled (ABS recycled material performance retention rate> 90%).
Surface treatment and decoration
Easy to print and spray: With high surface energy (surface tension 35-40mN/m), it can directly print text and patterns (such as screen printing, UV printing), or spray UV varnish and PU paint to improve gloss and scratch resistance (such as high-gloss coating of home appliance panels).
Electroplating and bonding: Metallization effects such as chrome plating and nickel plating can be achieved through pretreatment (such as flame treatment or plasma treatment) (used for high-end electronic equipment housing); excellent bonding performance with ABS itself or other plastics (such as PC) (using acrylic glue or ultrasonic welding).
Typical application scenarios: In large-scale production parts such as TV back shells and computer monitor frames, ABS sheets can achieve a production capacity of thousands of pieces per hour through injection molding, and the mold life is more than 500,000 times; in the fields of advertising signs and display racks, its thermoforming efficiency is 50% higher than metal stamping, and matte or high-gloss surface effects can be achieved without subsequent spraying, significantly reducing costs.
Chemical resistance and environmental adaptability
ABS sheets have good resistance to common chemicals and environmental factors, and are suitable for indoor and some outdoor scenes.
Chemical corrosion resistance
Acid and alkali resistance: Stable to dilute acids (such as acetic acid, citric acid) and dilute alkalis (such as sodium carbonate solution) (performance attenuation <5% under pH 3-10 environment), but strong oxidizing acids (such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid) will cause swelling; resistance to organic solvents (such as ethanol and acetone) is moderate (no deformation in short-term contact, and slight swelling may occur in long-term immersion).
Oil resistance: Low permeability to mineral oil and vegetable oil (volume change rate <3%), suitable for oily environments inside home appliances (such as microwave control panels and range hood housings).
Environmental stability
Temperature resistance: Brittle temperature is about -40°C (can maintain toughness in low temperature environments), long-term use temperature range is -20°C to 80°C (can withstand 100°C in the short term), suitable for temperature change scenarios (such as outdoor billboards in high temperatures in summer and indoor equipment in cold areas in winter).
Typical application scenarios: In indoor home appliances (such as air conditioning panels and microwave oven doors), ABS sheets are resistant to oil and detergent corrosion, making them easy to maintain; in outdoor billboards, architectural decorative strips and other scenarios, weather-resistant ABS can resist ultraviolet radiation and temperature and humidity changes to avoid fading or cracking.
