These metallized alumina ceramics are regularly formed via dry pressed,Isostatic pressed and hot pressed. Different shaping method depend on the real applications and both the size and the figuration of of ceramic body. The metallic layer will be adhered on designated surface of the ceramics via art-of-the-stated process, most of time, an additional metal coating is needed to enhance the wettability in the brazing procedure, mainly including nickle, silver and gold plating; Moreover, some certain surface need to be covered with a glaze to increase the mechanical strength and electrical insulation.All these detailed manufacturing process can be done at house with our comprehensive equipment.
