High Precision Alumina Metallized Ceramic Disk

We supply custom alumina metallized ceramic disks for vacuum interrupters and similar applications where a ceramic-to-metal joint is required. The ceramic portion of metallized ceramic parts is usually made of high-purity alumina ceramic, with common purities being 95%, 99%, and 99.5%. The typical ceramic metallization method is screen printing of the specified area, which allows for a variety of custom patterns and shapes. The types of metallization we offer are:

1. Ceramic base + Molybdenum (Mo/Mn) metallization
2. Ceramic base + Molybdenum (Mo/Mn) metalization + Nickle plating
3. Ceramic base + Silver (Ag) plating
4. Ceramic base + Tungsten (W) metallization + Gold plating

After metallization, a layer of metal plating is generally required to increase wettability during brazing and prevent oxidation of the metallized surface. Plating types include nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, etc.

We have in-house comprehensive production equipment from shaping to secondary processing, as well as metallization and electroplating production lines. This will help us to smoothly and quickly achieve mass production from prototype design, and can reduce costs.

In addition, we can also metallize zirconia ceramics and aluminum nitride ceramics to meet different special technical requirements.
