Choosing Thickness

Usual range: 0.5mm to 10mm

-0.5mm-2mm: For light stuff (like drone parts, phone cases, sports gear reinforcements).

-3mm-5mm: For medium weights (robot arm parts, lightweight car bits).

-6mm-10mm: For tough, rigid needs (industrial molds, aerospace load-bearing parts).

-Special cases: Super thin (<0.5mm) needs custom work and might be weaker; super thick (>10mm) should use a sandwich structure to be lighter.

Length and Width

Common sizes: 1000mm×500mm, 1200mm×600mm (good for hand cutting and small batches).

Big size: 2000mm×1000mm (watch out for transport and machine limits).

Example Uses

Model plane wing: 1mm thick, 500mm×300mm, ±45° weave.

Robot arm: 3mm thick, 600mm×100mm, UD fiber layered lengthwise.
