Product Advantages

Excellent Chemical Resistance

Resistant to most acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, ethanol, and acetone), hdpe sheet is suitable for chemical storage tanks, pipe linings, electroplating tanks, and more.

Insoluble in most solvents (except for a few strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated nitric acid and sulfuric acid, which may be affected at high temperatures).

High Impact Strength

It is more impact-resistant than plastics like PVC and PP, maintaining excellent toughness and resisting cracking even at low temperatures (-40°C).

It is suitable for high-impact environments such as mining equipment, crash barriers, and industrial guardrails.

Excellent Wear Resistance

HDPE Sheets have 4-7 times higher wear resistance than steel (carbon steel) and even higher than common plastics (such as PVC and ABS). It is suitable for conveying abrasive materials (such as ore, coal, and cement).
