In our factory, there are two kinds of way to produce the yellow LED: By chips emitting, we will just put the 590nm LED chip inside the SMD LED or DIP LED package. When we done the production and pass the electricity, LED will show the yellow color as what we wanted. And for the second way, we produce it same as those white SMD LED or white through-hole LED, we using blue chip inside, which means we put the blue chip inside the LED package and then conver with phosphor to transfer the light from blue into yellow. In this way, we name it as PC type of yellow LED.
