Packaging & Transportation Convenience

① Professional protective packaging: Each batch of Beige ESD POM Sheets is first wrapped with black stretch film—this material effectively blocks light and external contaminants to prevent color discoloration of the beige surface. Then, paper corner protectors are installed at the four corners of the sheet stack to reinforce edge protection and avoid collision or compression damage during handling. Finally, the entire stack is fixed on a load-bearing pallet (capable of withstanding 500-800kg) to ensure stability during stacking and transportation, preventing tilting or shifting.

② Space-saving & efficient stacking: The load-bearing pallet design allows for standardized stacking of multiple batches, reducing warehouse storage space and improving transportation loading efficiency.

③ Clear labeling & traceability: Each pallet is affixed with a label containing detailed product information (thickness, size, surface resistance, batch number, production date) and handling instructions, facilitating inventory management and product traceability.

④ Global transportation adaptability: The packaging meets international shipping standards (e.g., ISTA 3A) and is suitable for air, sea, or land transport. For long-distance sea shipping, additional moisture-proof paper is added inside the black stretch film to prevent moisture absorption and deformation of the sheets.
