· Huanyu New Materials specializes in high quality castings for cement kiln over 35 years. As components for grate coolers installed in cement kilns, cast movable bars are one of our main products.

·   Movable bars are produced by Vacuum process casting technology craft to ensure high dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Compared with the cast movable bars manufactured by Lost Foam Process, they have better wear resistance and internal quality that mean a longer service life.

·   Movable Bars are heat resistant and abrasion resistant. Movable Bars of ZG35Cr28Ni6 material are recommended to installed at low-temperature stage of cement kilns.

·   The cast movable bars with various sizes, shapes and alloy materials can be customized according to drawings. OEM and ODM are accepted.

·   We have advanced inspection machines to ensure quality, such as Spectro, X-Ray Flaw Detector, Metallurgical Microscope, Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine and etc. And we have strict process quality control. Over 85% of casting first pass rate is the proof.
