This is a threaded pir (screw) diaphragm for micro-pump, mostly compatible with the shape of the micro-pump structures in devices such as coffee machines and sprayers, and it is the key component ensuring the normal operation of fluid system of the equipment. It simultaneously bears three functions including liquid pumping, sealing protection and pressure control; in coffee machines, it can precisely send hot water and coffee liquid to ensure its stable flow rate; in sprayers, it can evenly pump atomized liquid and prevents from liquid seepage; its tight sealing can prevent liquid leakage, its accurate control of pressure can meet the needs of the working condition of different types of equipment, which provides powerful support for efficient and stable working of devices.

1、Medium Resistance and Temperature Resistance: This Screw Diaphragm can be fabricated from medium-resistant materials tailored to specific operating environments. For instance:

Coffee machine application：Diaphragm contacts hot water, steam and oils, acids in the coffee for the diaphragm of the coffee machine. The coffee machine has to withstand temperature from 80 - 100℃, require oil and acid resistant. Comply with food standard of being touching with food (such as FDA), will not produce harmful or bad smell—it is a Seals for Gaskets and Grommet which can be made of food-grade sealed material.

Sprayer Application ：A diaphragm of sprayer is resistant to corrosion by media including clean water, medical fluids, cleaners etc. and requires resistance and heat aging stability on high temperature. If applied outside for UV, needs to resist oxidation. Fluororubber (FKM) or nitrile rubber (NBR) is one choice popularly and NBR has good oil resistance so it is suitable for spraying mediums include oil, meets need of long life Sealed Pump and Sealed Valve.

2、High Elasticity and Resilience: The diaphragm performs suction and discharge operations through high-frequency reciprocating deformation (tens to hundreds of cycles per minute), requiring exceptionally good elasticity and resilience. The Micro Pump Seal component can quickly return to the original shape after deformation, keeping the pump pressure stable, discharging liquid evenly and maintaining consistent operation performance. This is an essential factor for achieving Sealed Diaphragm Pump and Sealed Fluid Transfer Pump configurations.

3、Excellent Aging Resistance and Tear Resistance : The material of this Screw Diaphragm also has excellent tear resistance and durability, that is to say, it could be tens of thousands times not break. This durability could ensure the micro seepage hydraulic pump systems from damage of materials.

4、Precision Sealing Structure: The Screw Diaphragm forms a tight fit with the pump cavity and screw fixing positions. Its edge is designed with sealing lips, protrusions, or smooth planes to ensure zero liquid leakage under high pressure—such as the 8-15 bar pressure in coffee machine pumps or even higher pressures in high-pressure sprayers. The screw connection area is engineered to match thread dimensions, preventing loosening due to gaps post-installation while minimizing stress concentration (e.g., rounded edges at fixing holes).
