AHD Polymer Amber PEI Sheet has dimensions of 610×1220 mm and thickness of 10 mm to 50 mm.
The material is directly engineered from extruded raw Polyetherimide Sheet resin with a material density of 1.27 g/cm³. It offers continuous thermal service up to 170ºC and short term up to 200ºC. The glass transition temperature reaches 215 °C.
This board is a good match with a rigid Ultem PEI Sheet or a glass filled PEI Sheet for high stress insulation applications. This stable PEI Plastic Sheet is often cut by machinists into complex electrical insulators.
