I. Product Overview
Featuring a vane-type design, this pump offers adjustable displacement, stable pressure, and low noise, making it suitable for applications in CNC machines, hydraulic systems, and industrial machinery.
II. Key Specifications
1. Displacement & Flow Rate
• Displacement: 11.1 cc/rev (displacement per revolution).
• Flow Rate: Approximately 20 L/min at 1800 rpm (under no-load conditions).
• Flow Adjustment Range: Depending on the model suffix (e.g., A1, A2, A3), the adjustment range may vary, such as 15-35 L/min or 30-55 L/min.
2. Pressure Performance
• Maximum Operating Pressure: 70 kgf/cm² (approximately 980 psi).
• Pressure Adjustment Range: Output pressure can be regulated via an internal pressure regulator (turn right to decrease pressure, left to increase).
• Maximum Peak Pressure: Must not exceed 140 bar (approximately 2030 psi).
3. Speed Range
• Recommended Speed: 800-1800 rpm.
• Maximum Speed: 1800 rpm (some models may support higher speeds).
4. Port Sizes
• Inlet: 3/4 inch (SAE standard).
• Outlet: 1/2 inch (SAE standard).
• Drain Port: 1/4 inch (SAE standard).
5. Weight & Dimensions
• Weight: Approximately 5.0 kg (varies by model).
• Mounting: SAE 2-bolt flange installation.
III. Product Features
1. Automatic Displacement Adjustment
• Utilizes "shaft clearance compensation" technology to automatically adjust displacement based on system pressure, optimizing energy efficiency.
2. Built-In Pressure Regulator
• Eliminates the need for external pressure regulators, simplifying hydraulic circuit design.
3. Low-Noise Operation
• Optimized vane-to-stator clearance reduces operational noise, making it ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
4. Wear-Resistant & Durable
• Key components are made from high-strength materials to extend service life.
5. Easy Assembly
• Directly compatible with motors, reducing installation space and time.
IV. Applications
1. CNC Machines: Provides stable pressure and flow for spindle lubrication, fixture actuation, etc.
2. Industrial Machinery: Suitable for hydraulic systems in injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and presses.
3. Specialized Machinery: Used in grinders, automatic lathes, and shoe-making machines requiring precise pressure and flow control.
4. Hydraulic System Upgrades: Replaces outdated pumps to enhance system efficiency and stability.
V. Operation & Maintenance
1. Initial Startup
• Prime the pump and suction line by repeatedly starting the motor under no-load conditions to eliminate air.
• Run continuously for 10 minutes under no-load to ensure system stability.
2. Displacement Adjustment
• Loosen the adjustment nut and rotate the adjustment screw (right to decrease flow, left to increase). Tighten the screw after adjustment.
3. Pressure Adjustment
• Turn the pressure adjustment screw right to lower output pressure or left to increase it.
4. Hydraulic Oil Requirements
• Use hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 30-50 cSt at 40°C (ISO VG32) for pressures below 70 bar.
5. Drain Line Pressure
• Connect the drain line directly into the tank below the oil surface, maintaining backpressure below 0.3 bar.
6. Operating Oil Temperature
• Recommended continuous operating temperature: 15-60°C.
